As a first-generation college graduate with two master’s degrees, including an MBA, my path was earned through persistence and performance. I have led Global Contingent Workforce and Vendor Management programs across 30+ countries, driving measurable transformation, multimillion-dollar savings, scalable governance frameworks, and vendor partnerships that worked.

But I’ve also stood on the other side of the table. I’ve faced multiple layoffs and rebuilt from the ground up, more than once… more than twice.

Each time, I used the same approach I apply in business: strategic perseverance, clarity, structure, and disciplined action.
